A Qualitative Research Proposal - The Retention of International Students in Thunder Bay

Description:

Various levels of Government, community economic development agencies, settlement organizations and businesses are working to encourage International Students to stay in Northwestern Ontario after graduation. These organizations are promoting opportunities to live, work and do business in Thunder Bay and across the region. Can you help them to improve their efforts?

Criteria:

Students are required to design the research and data collection instruments for their qualitative research projects according to the following criteria:

Criteria 1:

• Design and submit research questions for each proposed qualitative research methodology.

Criteria 2:

The project design must include at least two of the following options to complete the research proposal objectives:

• Construct an online focus group screener and moderator discussion guide
• Develop a form for online observation
• in-depth interview questionnaire
• experience survey
• qualitative survey
• any other approved form of qualitative research for digital marketing
