Unit 7, delves extensively in managerial decision alternatives including the Make or Buy decisions. The "Make-or-Buy" concept is applied not only in making managerial decision choices, it is also applied in making our domestic/personal decisions on a daily basis. That being said, if you had to provide dinner for your family, what quantitative and/or qualitative factors would you have considered in choosing the best alternative between fixing own-dinner and going out to eat?
