A random study was performed at byui to determine if the proportion of American students who eat out regularly ( more than 5 times per week) is greater than the proportion of international students who eat out regularly. 47 out of 95 American Students responded that they eat out regularly. 23 out of 78 international students responded that they eat out regularly. Make a 99% confidence interval for the difference of these two proportion.
