A recent Gallup poll of employees in approximately 155 countries suggests that global employee engagement is rather low. Only bout 15% of employees were engaged in their jobs, 66% were not engaged and 18% were actively disengaged. The US and Canada showed the highest levelf of engagement at around 34%, Latin America had 27% engaged employees.
