A recent sample of 3098 students were asked at random whether or not they were satisfied with the support and help offered by the university. Out of the 3098 students, 2003 said that they were happy with the support being offered. In previous years, it has been reported that 75% of students are satisfied with the university support. Test the claim that the rate of university student satisfaction significantly differs from this 75%. Use all of the six steps for hypothesis testing to make a conclusion at a significance level of 0.05 about whether or not our new results are significantly different enough from the 75% of previous years
