A recruiting report that would be distributed by the NCAA to all member schools at the beginning of each recruiting season was identified as an important output of the system. Based on existing data, this report would contain the following information for all athletes with a rating of 17 points or above (see page 74 for an explanation of RATING): the name of the athlete, the high school from which he or she graduated, and the number of active collegiate athletes from that high school
