A reflection for this summary for DISCRIMINATION using real-life examples five hundred WORDS

It's all about rights and wrongs, discrimination plays a big role in human life. Some people discriminate based on color, ethnicity, or sexuality. People are free to do whatever they want by themselves but as soon as there is someone else, boundaries are set automatically between you and the other person. If someone breaches that boundary then there would be conflict and problems between one another. Any person would not want their rights to be violated as it would affect them physically and mentally; such as self-harm, depression, uncomfortable, sadness, and so on, and for example, I would not want anyone to violate my personal space if I do not have a connection with that person if they start joking around or saying things that are uncomfortable. If they ignore your rights then there would be consequences as there are rules and boundaries to be set between co-workers, teachers, and a student or strangers in public. Being biased could mean also mean that you are discriminating against someone without knowing; race, sexual identity, sexual orientation, age, appearance, disabilities, etc. When someone is being avoided for their talents and abilities then that is called discrimination. Age discrimination is common for everyone especially at job interviews are training. For example, you are treated differently because of your age by someone in a similar situation. A colleague who is younger than you is able to attend a training course but your employer refuses you because you are too old. People judge your appearance before they judge your personality. Another example of age discrimination is when a kid walks into a store admiring the things that are surrounding them and suddenly one of the employees comes up to you and tries to kick you out of the store as they don't see your parents beside you and they are just a kid, they do not know how to defend themselves.
