A report reached your HR department from your office that you are bulying the team you work with $,$ these were allegations and your team then conirmed to be untrue and pointed a finger to your manage and the other supervisor complaining to Hr about the duos closeness which causes, favouritism, victimisation, critisism, bullying, credit stealing from the manager and the other supervisor. Your HR brought a couselling team which did not resolve the teams issues in a pleasing and satisfactory manner because your team had asked that one of the leaders must be tranferred to try and the difusse the situation and HR complained of the costs of transferring people instead, write to your union and ask them to intervene in this matter.
