For this sector, investigate and discuss i. the trends (between 2018 and current) of, at least, THREE variables/indicators, such as auction clearance rates, vacancy rates, etc. Variables/indicators may vary when discussing the variants of the hospitality industry. (ii). the macroeconomic factors you think that attribute to the trends in these variables/indicators demonstrated in your chosen property sector (Hospitality). b) Investment Recommendation (i). Based on the macroeconomic factors, what do you see are the future trends in the Hospitality sector over the next year or so?

(ii). Ms Cheung would like to invest AUD 2million in one of the three sectors (Office, Residential Investment Real estate or Hospitality) that you have presented to her. She would like to proceed forward by purchasing shares in an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REITs) that specialises in the particular sector (i.e. industrial/office/retail etc). What advice would you give to Ms. Cheung based on the data you have collected to help her make an informed decision about investing if she were to choose hospitality as her chosen investment?
