A researcher forgot to create a unique ID in order to link (match) before and after data points for each subject. We have a complete set of measurements on each of the 20 subjects but they were not linked! Therefore, each row of data does not necessarily correspond to a given subject.

1.) Should we trash the data? Suggest and implement an alternative method of comparing the before and after data when the dependence information is not accounted for.
