A researcher is conducting an examination of a set of new antibiotics. Four antibiotics are to be tested. Each antibiotic is dissolved in nutrient agar and then used to create an individual plate and the process is repeated 6 times creating 6 different plates for each antibiotic (AB 1, AB 2, AB 3, AB 4). A negative control (NC) is also created in the same manner without any antibiotic. All plates are to be tested by adding Klebsiella Pneumoniae to each plate. The results are indicated by counting the number of bacteria colonies on each plate. Previous results indicate that these data tend to be normally distributed. The results are as follows:
