A researcher is conducting an examination of a set of new antibiotics. Four antibiotics are to be tested. Each antibiotic is dissolved in nutrient agar and then used to create an individual plate and the process is repeated 6 times creating 6 different plates for each antibiotic (AB 1, AB 2, AB 3, AB 4). A negative control (NC) is also created in the same manner without any antibiotic. All plates are to be tested by adding Klebsiella Pneumoniae to each plate.
