A researcher wanted to estimate the difference between the percentages of students preferences towards two methods of learning: fully online learning or blended learning. In a sample of 300 fully online students, 120 said they would not choose other method in the future. In a sample of 400 blended students, 190 said they would not choose other method in the future. At the 5% significance level, conduct a hypothesis test that proportion of students of fully online who will not choose other method is smaller than that of blended learning students.
