The volume of tank A is 0.05 m and the initial pressure is 250 kPa. The initial diameter of the balloon is 0.3 m and the pressure inside is 110 kPa. The valve connecting A and B is now opened and remains open. It may be assumed that the pressure inside the balloon is directly proportional to its diameter, and also that the final temperature of air is uniform throughout at 25 C. B a) Determine the final diameter of the balloon and the final pressure in the system. b) Calculate Q if the atmospheric pressure is 100 kPa.
