The heat gains are 9.0 kW sensible and i.0 kW latent. Using the Sensible Heat Ratio (SHR) and the psychrometric chart, plot: (a) The Room state point (b) A supply air state point. (7,7 marks) Using your data from the chart: Calculate the mass flow rate of air to be supplied to the room and the specific enthalpy at which it should be supplied. (c) (8,8 marks) (Take the latent heat of evaporation as 2454 kJ/kg and specific heat of humid air as 1.02 kJ/kgK) NB: The psychometric chart used in your solution must be sent with your solution sheets. ALL workings must be shown. Marks will be deducted if workings are not shown!
