A scientist wants to determine whether bacterial species with different lifestyles present different genome sizes. Load the tableYourdata into R (you have previously used this dataset). As a reminder, the third column of the table indicates the genome size of each species (in Mb) and the fourth column indicates the lifestyle of each species.

1)Let's assume that the genome sizes of the dataset arenormally distributed and that thevariance is the same across lifestyles. Use a test in R to determine whether bacterial species with different lifestyles present similar of different genome sizes (with alpha=0.05).

--use aov()

2) From the result of the previous test, identifies which lifestyles present the most significantly different genome sizes.

--useTukeyHSD()

3)Let's assume now that the genome sizes of the dataset arenot normally distributed or that the variance isdifferent across lifestyles. Use a test in R to determine whether bacterial species with different lifestyles present similar of different genome sizes (with alpha=0.05).

--use Kruskal Wellis test
