A ScrumMaster is a servant-leader in that it is their goal to facilitate the needs of all of the members of the team as well as anyone the team serves, which is typically the customer. They should strive to achieve results that line up with the goals of the Scrum Team as well as the larger organization's business objectives, principles and values.
