(a) Since the design teams do not have all the necessary experience in designing Graphical User Interface windows, a Graphical User Interface (GUI) expert should perform an independent review of all the window designs for usability and consistency and provide feedback to the design teams

(b) The Program should adopt an almost exclusive focus on developing quality processes training the team members on the processes and then measuring if the processes are being followed

(c) If the ideal team resources and access to users is not obtained by the time the design is scheduled to start the teams should push ahead and perform the designs with the resources that are available. This will allow the program to stay on schedule
