A society or government agency uses normative economic analysis in making as decision as to whether or not to allow the auctioning of human organs on the auction block of ebay by making the decision on a biased perspective that it is wrong because you'd be allocating the kidney away from a poor person to a rich person (Video 4: 22:57) as opposed to allocating the organ for the person who would need it the most. The auctioning of organs would lead a massive disparity between rich and poor consumer in this particular market. B) On the other hand when it comes to the auctioning of organs, the positive outlook analysis would be that the supply or organs in this case is much lower compared to the high demand as some people are in dire need of the organs for survival. This forces us to recognize that regardless of the outlook, the demand for the this supply will remain the same or perhaps even increase. (Video 4: 20:56) C) When considering the two options It was difficult to make a decision because the idea of being able to sell one of my Kidneys for 5 million dollars sounds really nice
