Another member just never shows up and doesn't answer text messages. The two loafers are causing a big problem for the team and the student wants to address this with her professor as she believes the group's performance and grade is going to suffer. The professor listens and is empathetic to the student, but challenges her to see what she can do to resolve the situation before getting involved.
