had <= 100 injections per month (light users) and 55% of users
who had > 100 injections per month (heavy users) were
HIV positive.What is the probability that at least 4 of the 20 users
are HIV positive?
Trying to solve this in stata. I know that it is some kind of combination of binomials, but I am not certain how to combine and solve this. I saw examples elsewhere of people solving this but it was unclear to me the way they did it and why...
