A summary on how to rely to this discussion. In chapter 1, I learned about the workplace and how it is changing constantly due to many factors. For example the technology is more advance, which requires folks to be more computer savvy in the 21th century. I personally am ok with that, I know a good amount about computer, but i would love to grasp more knowledge about it to advantage in the workforce. Furthermore , in this new age there are now multiple workplaces being used today such as home office, virtual office, and mobile office. In the past everybody was always in the office working, since the pandemic it has a been a different outlook on where you able to work at in many companies. I look at it as a positive thing if you ask me because it provides more flexibilities to the workers and they don't have to feel trapped in a office. Chapter 1 had a lot great information that I can refer back to in the future that will be sure to assist in some way
