A survey of 24 premises of a Likert scale was administered to 98 people to measure the constructs of Expectation, Quality, Value, Image, Satisfaction, COMP and Loyalty (Loyalty). Using the collected data (ECSI-DATA in Excel format), convert the data into CVS format for import into the PLS-SEM tool. Carry out the corresponding analyzes to export your results to a Word document to be sent through the Blackboard platform and your PLS-SEM file evidence.
