In addi- tion, the number of maintenance work hours per operating hour is not to exceed 1 hr for every 100 operating hours (failure-based maintenance only). A reliability demonstra- tion resulted in time between failures being Weibull with = 3000 hr and 3= 1.3. Are the specifications being met? Assume a steady-state renewal process.
