The consignee does not record the inventory on its books and the consignor does not record a sale when the goods are delivered to the consignee. B. The seller (consignor) should use the net method which only the net fee as revenue once title is transferred to the consignee. C. Sales on consignment are transactions where a seller (consignor) delivers goods to the buyer (consignee) but retains title to the inventory until the goods are sold by the consignee. D.
