A. The problem in my workplace now is the lack of communication from one manager to the other when there is something bothering them. Instead of having an initial conversation, things are built up and then let out frustration or cause tension. Communication is missed because the opportunity to have a face-to-face or mediated form of communication is no longer as helpful as it could have been, and this is only sometimes not all the time. It affects the workplace because now the staff members can feel the tension and they recognize the trouble with their higher ups. This also causes a divide between the team and gossip unfortunately begins to spread. B. Most of the management that happens in my workplace amongst both management and staff is more informal than it is formal. Informal is defined as engagement or interactions with others outside of the established structure of an organization. Though we know when to separate the two, and do a great job at it, we all have a great relationship with one another give or take a few folks. I work in an environment where there is good balance and there is still a healthy, professional environment. However
