this type of relationship has arisen out of these circumstances before.

it is a remote possibility that the relationship is possible.

an ordinary person could anticipate it arising out of the circumstances.

an expert of the field could anticipate it arising out of the circumstances.

If it is reasonably foreseeable that a third party may rely on the work product of a professional, that professional may owe duties to that third party to act:

with anticipatory care.

with extraordinary skill and care.

without negligence and without fraud.

with the skill of an expert in the field.
