=DATEDIF(StartDate, EndDate, Interval)

The interval can be Y, M, D, YM, MD and YD.

Example: If you were born on January 5, 1988 and you want to know how old you are as of February 4, 2019, then just copy and paste the following in a cell in Excel and press enter

=DATEDIF("05-Jan-1988","04-Feb-2019","Y")
