The Venturi has a throat of 80 mm. The pressure connection at the throat is z=420 mm above that at the Venturi inlet. The coefficient of discharge for the Venturi flow meter is 0.92 and the distances h1 and h2 are 580 mm and 460 mm, respectively. Determine the actual mass flow rate of the water. Take the relative density of mercury to water as 13.6 and the acceleration due to gravity to be 9.81 m/s.
