She kept the strain amplitude constant for each experiment, as she should. However, she used different strain amplitude (percent) for each of her experiments, =1%,=10% and =35%. She finds beautiful overlap of the data for of 1% and 10% but the data taken at =35% does not match. Her experimental protocol is meticulous, everything including temperature, loading, sample geometry, gap, etc., has been flawless. What do you think is happening here?
