AAA Digital Printing has an extensive range of printed products but most of the products production process follows the following procedure:

1. Determination of raw materials to be used.

2. Design and lay-out of the product.

3. Printing of the item/s.

4. Heat and Press (for sublimated printing)

5. Cut and Sew (for sublimated printing of uniforms and jerseys)

6. Quality control

7. Packaging of items

8. Delivery of ordered items from main facility to the branch where the order came from.

From these activities, determine the value adding activities and the non-value adding activities.
