ABC Hospital should decide whether to put a male baby or a female baby on their OB-GYN department brochure cover. The HQ decides it will be a male only if more than half of the babies that the hospital actually delivers are males. Else wise it will be a female on the cover. A random sample of 15,000 babies delivered (born) at ABC Hospital consist of 8,942 males which is 59.6% of all babies born. The HQ would like to be at least 95% confident in their decision.
