ABC Insurance Company recently audited their auto collision reserving process. The results showed that almost all of their auto collision claims had to have their case reserves adjusted by more than $50\%$ and that no key performance indicators $($KPIs$)$ existed for setting case reserves. The Vice President of Claims wants to see a significant improvement in correctly determining the case reserves when a claim is reported. A good KPI for ABC Insurance Company to establish for setting auto collision case reserves is to set a goal to
