Smartphone has two subcategories - SAMSUNG and iPhone. The normal phone has two subcategories-Nokia and XTE. They purchase mobile phones from Planet Mobile Dhaka ltd, iPhone Distributor Ltd and Big.com Ltd. The shop rent is Tk.60000 per month which is equally shared by the two departments. Design the Tally software in such a way that it can serve the requirements of all the transactions below and produce all the reports by category and sub-category wise. It does not maintain any inventory system.
Requirements: 1. Create all the charts of accounts, groups and subgroups to accomplish all the transactions and to show all the reports.
2. Write the following Transactions as follows showing only the Dr/Cr, Dr/Cr amount and account head:
i) Write two transactions for purchasing furniture. ii) Write one transaction for purchasing each category of smart mobile phones. iii) Write two transactions for purchasing each category of normal mobile phones. iv) Write one transaction for advertisement expenses. v) Write the relevant transactions for Payment. vi) Write 2 transactions for Sales of different items and amounts. vii) Write the required transactions for receipt. viii) Write transactions for rent expenses.
Assume any transaction amount you need. You can use any other transaction you need.
