Month January February Sales (units) 10,000 11,000 Sales () 150,000 152,000 Closing inventory of finished goods should be 15% of the following month's expected sales. 700 grams of material S at the cost of 0.50 per kg is needed to make one unit of RSC. There were 1500 kg of material S in stock at the beginning of January and this is expected to increase by 500 kg each month. It takes one hour to manufacture one unit of RSC and labour cost is 8.33 per hour. Variable production overheads cost 1.50 per labour hour and fixed production overheads are 7,000 monthly. The unit cost of RSC at the beginning of January is 10. Non-production overheads are 2,000 per month. Prepare an operating budget for the month of January. You are required to show all workings
