Abigail's Pizzeria hires three new full-time pizza chefs, Bernie, Corinna and Danny to be added to her team of 100 chefs who work at her chain of pizza restaurants. Abigail fires Danny, 59 years old, because she thinks Danny is too old to stand on his feet for the duration of his eight-hours shift in the kitchen.

Bernie, Corinna and Danny all bring separate lawsuits seeking damages as a result of their termination from employment by Abigail.
