Able has been staying at his friend Ben's apartment off and on for the last month. Able keeps some clothing there and has a key to the apartment so that he can come and go as he pleases. Ben is a drug dealer and Able has periodically snorted some of Ben's product located throughout the apartment. The police have been surveilling Ben for some time. The police knock and announce their presence and Able answers the door. The police falsely claim they have a warrant and enter the apartment. They search the apartment, seize the cocaine, and Able is arrested. In the meantime, Carl borrows his brother's car and with his girlfriend Carla, they pick Ben up at the airport. On the way to Ben's apartment, Carl sees the flashing red lights and is pulled over by the police. As Officer Johnson approaches the car, Carl throws a bag of heroin into Carla's purse, which is sitting in the back seat. When Officer Johnson asks Carl for his driver's license and registration, Ben, in the passenger's seat, opens the glove compartment. It is filled with packets of heroin and one falls out into Ben's lap. Carl, Carla, and Ben are arrested.

Can Able object to the admissibility of the cocaine found in Ben's apartment? Can Ben object to the heroine in the glove compartment? Can Carl object to the heroine in Carla's purse? What is the remedy which would be available concerning the illegal search of Ben's apartment?
