Above are three examples of organizational problems, the Patterson Operation, Creative Toy Company, and the Virtual Work Team, from which you are to choose 1. You are then to prepare a case study analysis in which you identify the problem in the example, give a solution to the problem, and at least one other solution which you rejected. You must base your support for your solution, as well as your rejected solution, on research from your textbook and published articles which deal with a similar situation. You must have at least 4 references, of which only one can be your textbook. References must come from professional journals or trade magazines, not simply postings by a person on the internet. You are to write a minimum 500 word case study in Microsoft Word and submit it to me through the Case Study Report link, at the bottom of the Week 9 Module. It is due by midnight CST Tuesday, December 11. The grading rubric is attached below the examples
