According to lecture, our visual perception is strongly based on our own life experiences. This makes me wonder, how can we become more aware of our own visual perceptions of the world? Further, what are tips and healthy practices we can add to our lives that may allow us to openly reinvision our own perceptions from a more unbiased and objective point of view? Do you think this would be beneficial? Why or why not?
