According to Maryland law, Prostitution "means the performance of a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse for hire." So, an individual cannot have sex for hire (money), but what about an individual who meets someone and has vaginal intercourse for vacations, expensive purses, access and prestige. In your opinion, how is that different than prostitution? Should it be different? Please explain your response
