According to my remarks on my 2023 year-end review, I feel that I do not have a three rating and deserve at least a two rating (leadership or overall) because I spearhead and coordinate no less than three industry client events yearly for Citi hosts between 300 - 600 clients each, which all are successful and receive great feedback from the clients that they always look forward to attending our events (see attached). Furthermore, I'm working alongside Chris Albano on an industry-wide symposium that will take place monthly at Citi HQ with approximately 400 client guests.
