A 70 year old patient with a history of sarcoidosis (disease causing abnormal masses and swollen areas of body), type II diabetes, and interstitial lung disease (scarring of lungs) already on steroids for subacute altered mental status and dizziness. Brain imaging resulted in highlighting 3 lesions. Upon further examination, 3 additional lesions were found- one in the abdominal wall and the other two subcutaneous on the extremities.
