According toProsci (n.d.), there are five levels that include absent, isolated projects, multiple projects, organizational standards and organizationalcompetency. This level of change discusses the attention that management has togive it.It demonstrates the maturity of the organization. In absent change management the team does not consider the people's side of change (Prosci,n.d.).In this level things are a little less informal. The managers are unaware of thechange and focus on things on the more technical side rather than focusing on thepeople. The second level focuses on change management on isolated projects. Inthis level change management is only used to respond to something negative thatmay have occurred (Prosci, n.d.).Change management on multiple projects iswhen management begins to use training and more resources become available toassist the organization and its team to become more successful. In organizationalchange management standards the organization uses a common approach that maybe used for that specific project (Prosci, n.d.). Everyone gets the training that theyneed that is specified to their role. Lastly, is organizational competency. Onecharacteristic is that data is gathered continuous improvements can be madewithin the organization ( Prosci, n.d)
