monthly installments, starting on June 1,2023, with each monthly payment being

Dream Home Construction: Professional carpenter services valued at $100,000.
Regency Homes: Land with a cost basis of $170,000 and a fair market value of
$200,000.
Tinker Partners, LTD: Construction equipment with a net book value of $70,000
and a fair market value of $100,000.
