A group of graduates recently received Applied Craft Brewing Certification. In that process they learned that Colorado’s craft brewery industry is booming. The entrepreneurial team concludes they are passionate about starting a Brewery.  After scanning local businesses and conducting some initial market research, this group decides that many people share an unmet need for local fresh craft brews.
