The rate of production of benches and chairs are 100 per month and 250 per month respectively. The table 1.0 below depicts the project plan.

  

a) Determine the PV,EV and AC for the production of Benches & chairs through April 30

b) Determine the SV,CV.SPI & CPI for the production of benches & chairs through April 30.

c) Forecast the EAC for Benches & chairs for the following scenarios:

1. Assume remaining work is performed at the originally budgeted rate.

2. Assume remaining work is performed at the same CPI as the work performed to date. PG 1

d) Determine the overall status of your project for the following scenarios:
