An essential piece of classroom technology is Zoom. (Heard on the street: Even Facebook engineers used Zoom during the outage last fall.) The counterpart, Microsoft Team, though not widely adopted by schools, plays an important role in the daily operations of firms and companies. In this question, you will compare the two platforms. If you havent used Microsoft Team yet, please pick another online platform that you have used for work or study. One example would be Google Docs or Google Sheets. Answer the following questions. What is your user experience with them? (What role do the platforms play in your life. How often do you use them? How much time do you spend on them? And etc.) Discuss the differences between Zoom and the platform you picked. Talk about at least one attribute you like and one attribute you dislike about Zoom and about the platform you picked, respectively. QUESTION 2 (20 POINTS): Using BPMN, explain the process of conducting a Zoom meeting. Draw the model and briefly discuss what each step means. Hint: Schedule a Zoom meeting, invite some attendees, wait, host the meeting, and conclude the meeting. Document the steps. Consider the scenario that the attendees do not show up. Consider how you want to record the meeting. Also, consider the scenario where the attendee signs in using personal accounts. QUESTION 3 (14 POINTS): You are selling a bunch of used stuff that you no longer need on eBay.
