Ace Manufacturing Inc. stored acid in a large container on its property. The container was adorned by huge brightly painted signs reading "EXTREME DANGER-ACID-KEEP AWAY AT LEAST 20 FEET."

Henry Isorz, who often had business dealings with Ace accidentally punctured the container while backing up his truck looking for an open parking stall. The acid leaked out and seriously damaged a neighbouring farmer's crops. The farmer sued both Ace Manufacturing Inc. and Henry Isorz. State the result with reasons.
