We will frequently evaluate the out- comes and financial sustainability of our programs to ensure we have the optimal mix to support our mission. LEADERSHIP & TALENT Attract the most passionate and talented people We will establish a culture that focuses on leading the field in clinical expertise around the holistic needs of the families we serve. The talent in our organization, Board of Directors, and Associate Board will differen- tiate us in the community and make us a destination for those who want to impact people with disabilities and grow into respected leaders within our agency and across our community. RELATIONSHIPS OPERATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE Foster relationships to maximize impact for our mission We will lead in the services we provide and grow our influence by building collaborative relationships with community agencies, corporations, philanthropic and service partners. We will utilize innovative digital techniques to broadcast our mission, expertise, and results to broaden our reach and awareness. Optimize operational and administrative activities We will streamline our processes and technology to deploy our services and development activities. Our agency will have a scalable operating infrastructure to facilitate efficient growth at the best facilities. We will have a relentless approach to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our services.
