Activities: In groups of 3-4 people, work as supposed "HR Directors" of the company to solve the case and be able to present the conclusions to the CEO and the shareholders. As the company's strategy has been defined with the "Balanced Scorecard" methodology, it is important that you also follow this methodology to define the strategic plan of the HR area. The questions you should work on: 1. Identify the purpose of the HR area and relate it to the business needs. 2. Define the main perspectives to include in the HR strategic plan. 3. Build a scorecard for each strategy, objectives, measures (KPI) and initiative (action plan) for each perspective. 4. Design the necessary HR structure as well as high-level functions. 5. Designs the HR service model that will respond to countries, etc. 6. Reflect on the need to design a PMO that helps implement the strategy. A document in Word or PDF with maximum of 10 pages should be uploaded to the Campus at least 2 days before the presentation day (10/25/2021). Regarding presentational aspects of the assignment, goals for presentations (ppt) include: Each group will have 10 minutes to present the case study with a maximum of 10 slides. All members of each group are expected to participate in the presentation. Organize information in a coherent manner. Develop an effective thesis for an oral presentation. Practice the use of logical and emotional appeals to persuade an audience. Practice the use of voice, gesture and bodily action to convey meaning. Understand the importance of transitions in adding coherence to a speech. Prepare an effective introduction and conclusion for the presentation
