You have recently been appointed the Senior Manager for Business Optimisation for Westpac Group.
Consider what your professional development goals might be for the first twelve months in this role.
Using the template below, list at least two (2) professional development SMART goals and then research and make a list of at least five (5) leadership/management development activities that you will benefit from in order to achieve your goals.
NOTES: Do not include networking group in this PD Plan.
